Software subscriptions
Except where applicable law requires otherwise, subscription payments are generally non-refundable once digital access has been provided. Cancelling a subscription prevents future renewals but does not automatically refund the current billing period.
When to request a review
Contact Customer Support if you were charged after a confirmed cancellation, charged more than once for the same period, unable to access the paid software because of a platform error, or believe a payment was unauthorised.
How requests are handled
Requests are reviewed against account activity, delivery of digital access, the reason for the request and applicable consumer law. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method by the Merchant of Record or payment provider.
Mandatory rights
Nothing in this policy limits non-waivable consumer rights. Where the checkout provider’s buyer terms grant additional rights, the more protective applicable requirement will be followed.
Separate services
Professional services and third-party fees are governed by their separate agreement and are not covered by this software subscription policy.
