Billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually according to the plan selected at checkout. The final price, currency, tax and billing interval are displayed before payment.
Automatic renewal
A paid plan renews automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. The payment method on file is charged through the authorised Merchant of Record shown at checkout.
Cancellation
You may cancel through the subscription management link supplied after purchase or through Customer Support. Cancellation stops future renewal charges. Unless a refund is required by applicable law or approved under the Refund Policy, access continues until the end of the paid billing period.
Plan changes
Available upgrades and downgrades are shown before confirmation. Any immediate charge, credit, proration or effective date is disclosed in the subscription management flow.
Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, the payment provider may retry the charge and send account notices. Access may be limited after a reasonable recovery period if payment remains outstanding.
Separate fees
Subscriptions cover only the software features listed for the selected plan. Government charges, EPR scheme fees, authorised representative fees, PRO fees and separately contracted professional services are excluded.
